  • Curriculum for International & Traditional Practices:

    You will be practicing asanas, pranaymas, kriyas and cleaning routines during the training. Yoga is about proper form, alignment as the yoga is important aspect as it includes multiple forms which includes Hatha & Ashtanga yoga’s.

    Our Yoga school has adapted and streamlined the entire practice which directly influences our "Koshas" or "Sheaths" . According to the Upanishads,our human nature is comprised of five different dimensions.They are namely :

    1.Lectures on Yoga Philosophy:

    The lessons include yoga sutra’s, 8 limbs of yoga, chakra’s and pancha-koshas. Though you feel terms are difficult and new to understand. But this program will give you clarity about the same. Following this are the main concepts we are going to understand.

    • Anatomy and Physiology:

    Anatomy means basic knowledge about whole body system which we be taught by us in the sessions. Here we will learn about the functions of various organs, glands and other systems which are affected and needs healing to avoid more pain and injuries.

    Service (Seva):

    Students will do group activities like serving meals, cleaning during their yoga teacher training course. The community work during yoga teacher training course will make them aware of the yeal meaning of Yoga i.e. Seva.

    Basic Sanskrit:

    Yoga is ancient as the scriptures are in Sanskrit. The basic yoga lessons will be introduced to you. The lessons include Yoga, Sutra’s and Mantra recitation.

    Basic Teachings of the Bhagavad-Gita:

    Our Sanskrit lessons will give you a basic introduction to the language of Sanskrit, the Sanskrit words most commonly used in yoga, the sutras and mantra recitation.

    Basic Teachings of the Bhagavad-gita:

    You will be learning basic about the history of Bhagavad Gits, which will help you for self – discovery, and will show you how to apply it in your normal life.

    Introduction to Ayurveda:

    During the period of training you will learn Ayurveda. Which is traditional Indian science including herbs, foods, medicine and has got acclamation all over the world.

    Criteria for successful completion:

    • Regular attendance of all classes (including satsanga and seva).
    • Enthusiasm and Attitude while practicing asana, pranayama and kriya classes.
